In the left-hand screenshot there is no censorship notice, and Baidu says it has 29,000 results. In the right-hand screenshot a censorship notice appears in bold at the top, and Baidu now says it can find only 5,470 results, all of which are from a whitelist of about a dozen websites controlled by the central government an Communist Party.
These screenshots show that at some time between 10 pm on June 26 and 5 am on June 27, Sogou began censoring searches for "Guo Jinlong Class Dismissed" (郭金龙 下课). In the left-hand screenshot there is no censorship notice, and Sogou says it has over 10 pages of results. In the right-hand screenshot a censorship notice appears in italics at the bottom, and Sogou now says it can find only four pages of results, all of which are from a whitelist of about a dozen websites controlled by the central government an Communist Party.
These screenshots show that at some time between June 25 and June 27, Sina Weibo began censoring searches for "Guo Jinlong" (郭金龙).
