Sina Weibo Begins Censoring Searches for "Under the Dome"

As noted on this blog on March 7, 2015, China's websites began deleting copies of Chai Jing's (柴静) video about China's air pollution problem "Under the Dome" (穹顶之下).

These screenshots show that, on the morning of March 8, 2015, Sina Weibo began telling users searching for "Under the Dome": "In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, search results for 'Under the Dome' have not been displayed" (根据相关法律法规和政策,“穹顶之下”搜索结果未予显示).

These screenshots were taken on March 7, and show that a copy of the video had been removed from Baidu's Iqiyi video website. Original URL:
